never mind I called at 12pm sharp on the day to make a booking as the lady asked us to and made a booking for 7:30pm. I called this restaurant several times a few days ago to make a booking as we had been there before and enjoyed then, however this time they kept asking us to call on the day even though I mentioned we need to plan a birthday. What a pity, this used to be a fabulous restaurant. I will never use Punjabi Kitchen in Greenford again, I will make sure to warn my friends and family about this restaurant and I would advise anyone reading this review to take your business elsewhere.unless, of course, you don’t mind paying for food that gets delivered to the wrong address and when you try to work out a solution, no one can be bothered to take the time to value you as a customer. The owner was clearly not interested in my business and has not bothered to rectify the matter. Once they have your money they do not value you as a customer.
Punjabi restaurants drivers#
This shows me that the drivers do not care where they deliver food to. I left my telephone number and name with the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and he assured me that the owner would call me back.I never received a call. I did call Punjabi Kitchen at 3pm the following day, but was advised the owner was not at the restaurant. I went back to Just Eat who told me that they had contacted the owner and arranged a telephone call the following day at 3pm with her but I had to call Punjabi Kitchen. Again, I called the restaurant and got no answer. I called Just Eat and they advised me that the restaurant had their own team of drivers and I needed to take the matter up with them. I called the restaurant constantly and there was no answer.
As you can imagine, the food was cold by the time we got it and we kind as the kind gentleman was, we are living in Covid times and I don’t particularly want food that has been in someone else’s home.
Punjabi restaurants driver#
At around 7:20pm a gentleman who is not a delivery driver turned up at my front door and explained that our food had been delivered to his home in error. 7pm (in our opinion this was a long wait considering we live near the restaurant, however, we were happy to wait.ħpm came and went and we called the restaurant but got no answer. We were advised that our delivery time would be around. We ordered via Just Eat at around 5:26pm.
